			Applicable state, provincial, or country sales tax will be charged where required, unless a valid exemption or resale certificate has been submitted to and approved by Phidgets Inc.

			To apply for tax-exempt status, please email the following to [mailto:sales@phidgets.com sales@phidgets.com]:
			* Your Phidgets customer account name or the email address associated with your account
			* A PDF copy of your tax exemption or resale certificate, including the organization name and any applicable ID numbers

			If an order is placed before your exemption status has been reviewed and approved, applicable taxes will be charged.

			All taxes collected are remitted to the appropriate governing authorities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
